Madrid cleaning service strike

The workers from the claning service in Madrid are on strike. Today is the seventh day of their strike, and we don't know when it will finish.

They are on strike due to different reasons but the most important reason is that the claning service concession want to fire many workers, 1400 workers exactly, though now they have reduced the number thanks to the strike. The strikers aren't going to work so the streets of Madrid are full of litter. However the strikers are burning containers and taking off the litter from the containers. On the other hand there are workers going to work, but they are minority.

In conclusion, I think that isn't necessary to fire so many workers and althought the streets are very dirty and the city smells very bad, I think that many citizens suppport the strike and the workers will get not to be unemploied.
